Luna Vista is now in it's second
season. After a very encouraging
first year we are going
to keep our competitive rates the
same. The rates below are the
same special introductory prices,
so be sure to take advantage of
them before they are gone.
These rates are based on seven
nights. We have a minimum stay
of four nights, which is pro-rated
at $200 a night in off season
and $300 a night in on season;
plus an additional $100 short term
stay charge. A 50% deposit is
required at time of booking and
the balance is due two weeks prior
to arrival. Deposit is fully
refundable if there is a
cancellation 30 days or more prior
to arrival. Between 30 days and
two weeks prior to arrival 50% of
deposit is refundable. Deposit is
non-refundable after that. In the
event of a cancellation, every
effort will be made to rent to
another guest. If one is found, all
money will be returned less a 10%
service charge.
