1/2 of the rate is due at the time of booking, and the final payment 2 weeks prior to arrival. In
the case of a personal check, this allows time for our bank to clear the funds.

We have found that PayPal sometime does not like amounts over $1,000 (for security reasons). If
you have a problem using PayPal please e_mail us and we will send you an invoice, which seems to
work. We use PayPal as a convenience to guests who need to pay at the last minute and those who
